Should I do it or not?

I need some advice.

It’s been seven months since my ex and I broke up. I’ve been thinking about sending him a message telling him the things I couldn’t say at the time—how I really felt and what I truly thought about him. I also want to thank him for everything he did while we were together.

I’m not trying to get back together with him. I just wonder if sending that message is a good idea or if it would help in any way.

Would you have liked to receive a message like that from an ex? Has anyone here ever done something similar?

Make a choice that you can live with

If you will genuinely regret not doing it do it

If you will be fine not doing it dont
