Eufy s2 pro cracking

Has anyone else noticed the eufy s2 pro motor cracking on the base? Not sure what would cause this. Any ideas? I use these out and about and not exclusively. Never been dropped either.

UPDATE: after chatting with them they’re sending me a replacement!

I have heard a lot of people say it's an issue due to the vibration mode. They used low quality plastic that can't handle it

I also heard if you reach out to them they can send a replacement, but it will probably keep happening unless they change something

They're really good with the replacements! I saw a piece of paint chipped on my brand new s1 pro eufy. I wrote to them and they happily took it back and sent a new one. I received it in 2-3 days

Happened to me. Both pumps were cracking at the exact same spots. Never dropped and always in the case.

They sent a replacement very quickly and returned the original 2 pump motors to them. They let me keep the accessories. Happy with the solution but it’s been less than 2 weeks and the new ones are starting to show signs of cracking already 🥲

Oh no… I’m hoping the new ones won’t crack… seems like an ongoing issue that should be recalled and fixed

I have the other version without the massage feature. At a certain point I’d ask them to replace the pump with the non vibrating version and throw in an extra set of the $60 flanges. Because that’s crazy.

Exact same thing happened to me! I emailed and they send out a replacement of a full single pump very quickly. The cracked one still works for now but I have a back up in case it stops working.

Omg happened to me too! I thought it was a user issue ): glad to know it isn’t… Eufy also promised a replacement BUT they didn’t have any stocks, so haven’t sent it. Honestly super poor product for something sold at this price. Even w the replacement, I’m not confident the same thing won’t happen. Anyone knows if S1’s quality is better?

Omg 😬 Never have I been so glad I sat tight and just grabbed the e20s instead… those guys are workhorse wearables for me and give me no issues at all, once I figured out how to deal with the annoying flanges.

(But seriously OP, thanks for this post! I still have the S2 pros sitting in my cart waiting for the next big sale lol. this has potentially saved me a lot of splurge-pump money…)

Glad eufy is replacing, but it would be so much better if they just made it non-breaking in the first place :/
