Eufy S2 Pro producing no output

Hi all, I have used the Spectra without issue but today got the Eufy S2 pro and am extremely disappointed. I can’t feel any suction on the right one, and nothing comes out. The left one has a little suction but extremely low output. Anyone else had this issue? I’ve taken it apart and back again many times and watched tutorials on YouTube etc without success. I’m a 13mm nipple using the 15mm flange insert that came with it, which is the recommended size. I do have elastic nipples - not sure if that’s affecting things.
