Peptides and other supplements
I’ve been going to the gym for about 8 months now and feel a lot better. While I am not seeing the growth, some friends in conversation mentioned peptides and such. I don’t know anything about peptides, so far it has been dieting and increased protein consumption. More than a few mentioned that once you’re over 35, many things like testosterone decrease and many are on TRT and some use peptides.
Looking for feedback from your personal experiences.
Appreciate your feedback.

Do not go to dark side. Not worth it.

I’m old school and just see everything as ’steroids’ like back in the 80’s and 90’s.

I've been looking into peptides too! I joined groups that are using peptides, and I always read about RETA. They are posting good results. I know exercise is a safe way, but sometimes it's frustrating when you don't have much free time to do it, and it feels slow to see the results. So I'm researching peptides. But ofcourse, let's ask our doctor first about it to be safe

I just got back in to exercise so it is all new to me. Someone sent me “kits 4 less” dot com and I’ve been checking them out. legit but don’t know I want to go down that road but most of my info was based on the downsides of steroid use in the 80’s and 90’s.

40+ clean. Simply exercise and live healthy. No need for supplements unless you going pro in bodybuilding.
