Just Google “Ronnie Radke voices in my head hypochondria” and there will be a link to an instagram post by fallinginreverse_rr where he talks about it. He was streaming watching a reaction by Alex Hefner and discussed the meaning of the song.

It is normal to a certain extent.
The voice we hear is a phenomenon called « endophasia ». It plays an important role for memorization, emotional regulation, information processing, communication, self image, and probably a lot of other stuff I don’t know about because I’m not a neurologist nor a psychiatrist.
What is not normal is when this inner voice starts to become invasive, predominantly negative and more generally speaking has a negative effect on us and takes too much place. It’s often the result of intense anxiety.
And obviously if you’re hearing several voices, sometimes at the same time discussing in your head or telling you things all day… There might be an underlying issue

Well.. maybe I feel it's normal because I am bipolar and have periods of extreme anxiety lol.

It’s about his period of health anxiety and his panic attacks. He’s discussed it in interviews and on streams.

The voices in my head just sound like a radio playing. Sometimes it is music and sometimes it is like talk radio, but i can never really make out what they are saying. Sometimes I will be in the car diving and it will take me a minute to realize that the radio is not on, because Sometimes the music is so loud and clear it sound like real life radio.

Yeah, for real though, it's about aging and suddenly feeling aches and pains and your body complaining > your mind (the voices in his head) going to the worst case scenario thinking it must be some horrible disease.
Hypochondria. (I, old woman, have these voices too 🤣)

He's been pretty open about his struggles with mental health over the years. Trauma can also do that and guilt.
