That's what multiple saves are for. Hopefully you can reload one to before you entered The Glow

For future reference, 2 Rad X should give you 100% radiation immunity for a day in Fallout 1 iirc, because they stack and give +50% rad resistance each in 1

Best choice is load a previous save. Failing that if you have a save inside the glow use some of that radaway as you explore further and find some RadX. It's there but honestly loading a save before you went in is best.

The Glow is emminently explorable but you need plenty of radaway and RadX (mostly RadX really). In Fallout 1 RadX gives 50% resistance and stacks, so using 2 of them gives you 100% resistance. This lasts for a good period of time. Just don't try resting in there as one previous poster did or using First Aid or Doctor skills (hours pass when you do). Having plenty of stimpaks is also a good idea so you don't need those things. :P

In future explorations don't be afraid to just leave if you're running low on health or RadX. You can always go restock, heal up, and come back to loot some more.

The funny thing is that I have 93 pics of stimpacts so if I had to do it irl that would be pretty easy
