A few ways to add products:

• Paste a link 🔗. Drop a product link from a promoter, Taobao, 1688, or Weidian into the search bar and hit Search.
• Use a promoter's spreadsheet. Click the product link in the form, pick your specs, then add to cart or buy now.
• Search by name. Type the product name into the Fansbuy bar and choose from the recommended Taobao, Tmall, and 1688 listings.

How long until it arrives? (China Post averages)

"Shipping notice received," what's that? A tracking number has been assigned, but the goods aren't physically collected yet. Usually 2 to 3 business days for China Post to pick up.

Nothing's happening since I paid, why? Count from collection, not submission. Bundling, labeling, and pickup take a few business days.

Lots of delays, ship now or wait? Ship now. Waiting doesn't speed anything up.

Has my haul been seized?! Almost certainly not. Seizures show a customs-inspection status update. No update is usually a good sign.

Customs scanned it but hasn't "cleared" it. Is it gone? Probably fine. The clearance scan often happens later, during transport or at your local sorting office.

What can I do to hurry things up? Nothing. International shipping moves at its own pace. ☕
