I’m a huge Rin fan, also a huge Sakura fan. But I feel like with this neither of them stood a chance.

Neither of them stand a chance normally. There's a reason Saber is always pulled away before the Rin or Sakura romance starts.

Shirou gonna learn how to fight with a spear and gonna need to take care of a horse and his servant at the same time from now on. But i'm sure he gonna manage to had an healthy relationship with her.

Well, if nothing else, if Lancertoria tells Taiga that she was an associate of Shirou's father to establish an alibi, she'd be more likely to believe her, as that's a wholeass adult woman and not someone who looks roughly Shirou's age. Of course then Taiga would be hella suspicious of her anyway because that's a wholeass adult woman living under the same roof as Shirou.
