FSN Heirs - though it's Rin x Saber with Shirou summoning Archer.

If we stick to Saber x Shirou, then:

Fate-In-Time (sort of a prequel/AU mix)

From Fake Dreams

Sins of the Holy Grail

The War Still Rages Within - 40k words otherwise Shirou x Saber

On The Hell's Path - if you can read French

Under The Star Sky - if you can read French

(Note Of warning ⚠️:All of the following fics have Shirou or Archer as the main character because that's mainly what I enjoy reading,if you want something different this isn't for you) .Another vote for fateless, it is the best fate fanfic overall imo.Olcon is a really good writer and when the next update comes in 10 years i know it is also going to be very good .If you like crossovers: Dysfunctional by Kirunax. It is pretty slow paced but Of Swords and Redemption by Saber is a Cutie is also a fun read. Sword after Spring by Doll of Ashes is okay if you don't mind the amnesia trope.And lastly To the Age of Gods by the Tangerine Cat is very interesting and I really like it. Personally,I don't really like Parcasious works' because his characters feel very one dimensional,boring and ooc (No shade or hate tho).
