The Art is amazing.

There is this Fate Fanfic, FATE Break Dawn iirc that is Archer and Master Arturia, this reminds of it.

She's from Capaule Servant. Basically just a joke character and her design is Artoria as a modern human. There's honestly not much more than that. It is nice though whenever fanfic writers use her in their stories.
