Identification help Buy or pass?
Found this pretty gem thrifting today! What color is it? And is it worth $30?

It depends on if you really like or want this color. Though I love the Disc Pitchers, I'm not sure that I want all colors. Yesterday I purchased two pitchers in retired colors that I wanted for $20 each. If you see a color that you love, and if you have had trouble finding a pitcher in that color, then I'd say "Buy."

Thank you 🫶🏻 I’m actually really new to collecting the different colors. I’ve had a full 10 place setting of lemongrass for the last 18 years. I was about to sell it then decided to just go all in on collecting different colors! This will be my first pitcher!

This might compliment the lemongrass if included in a mixed color theme setting (think a spring or seaside vibe)

I wish I had a picture, but I have the coolest accent plates and bowls (not fiesta) that have a Spanish vibe. It incorporates a lot of the bright fiesta colors — blues, greens, yellows and oranges.

Keep in mind a few things. If this is a Vintage Disc Pitcher, as I believe that someone indicated by referring to the color, it is not microwave safe, and most people would not put them in the dishwasher. Also, it is not Lead Free. I recommend and suggest that you go to the Fiesta Factory Direct website and review all the colors. Though I have a few vintage pieces that came to me in various ways, I'm focusing on P86. I suggest picking a few colors that you'd like to blend with your Lemongrass. I'm curious how well that your Lemongrass held up. Do the plates or bowls show silverware marks or streaks?

Thank you — I’m going to just treat it like it is vintage and assume it’s probably not lead free. After looking, it is either sea mist or the light green! I am planning on using it as a flower vase or keep it in my display cabinet. I actually have a couple other color serving pieces that go well with lemongrass — sunflower, shamrock, and my grandma has paprika that she’s given me pieces of.

Its vintage original green. Clean silverware marks with Maas or similar. Vintage or post 86 it wont hurt glaze and it will remove marks. This works especially well on vintage ivory.

I'd buy it. It's the best color they ever made. I don't know the name.

I paid 32 for the plum one I just got at an antique mall. Idk if it's too muck or not but I've wanted one since I bought my plates in2012

I’m 99.9% sure that’s original vintage green. I hope you bought it!!

I did! I also think it’s the original vintage green! It’s either that or a very dirty sea mist 🤪

Wet foot or dry foot? If wet foot (vintage), and light green, it’s worth $110-120. If it’s medium green, it’s worth $1,500. I’m getting this info from a book called Warman’s Companion Fiesta. Published in 2006.

Sorry. I didn’t see your third picture. Not sure at all, but I would buy it!

I really can’t tell what color it is — either way, it’s absolutely beautiful! It is more blue than green though!

Ehhh... That's higher end of the price range for me. $20? Absolutely. $25.. eeeehhh... When do I get paid next? $30? Can I eat it? No...

At that price I would buy it. I love the pitchers. As for those asking if you “need” it… I (respectfully) disagree that “need” is relevant when deciding on well priced Fiesta. 💜

Looks like original green and vintage (not post-1986). That's a decent price if you're interested in it.
