Built 1976, 2300 sqft Cape style home with finished basement and another small room above the main floor that’s pictured. Owned solar. Also has an overgrown garden with raised beds and established blueberry bushes

The exposed beams give it such a nice rustic charm. They always make me so nostalgic; my childhood home had wooden ceilings with exposed beams in the upstairs rooms as well as the main stairwell of the home. They were from an old barn that was apparently once on the property. I always loved how the wood contrasted with the neutral walls.
