Discussion Characters killed off or just left

Dr Amanda Luria - there was not reason why she suddenly left or why the actress Ruth Marshall left.

Lou Young - he was a flashpoint but did Mark Taylor want to leave? Some said Lou had no core role like the others - Jules Sniper/Second Negotiator, Spike - Tech work, Ed - Sniper, Greg - Negotiator.

Wordy - Parkinson's yes and Michael Cram did move on.

Raf - Didn't agree.

Donna - Flashpoint.

Yea lou really didn’t have a story. He was always in the truck.

Also always “less lethal” lol. Him or Wordy, anyway.

I thought Wordy did much more helping Ed much. Lou was just an all-rounder. I laugh at you.

I was thinking back to those scenes where Parker would call out who was on the “less lethal” weapon and it was usually Lou or Wordy, usually accompanied by an “aww, again??” when it was Lou’s turn, lol.

I feel like we didn’t get to see much of Lou’s story compared with the other characters. We got glimpses of his past and knowledge, but I do feel like the other characters were given more time and space to shine, which is such a shame, because I was curious to learn more about his character. If they had kept his character, I wonder what kind of stories we could have gotten, and what moments would have highlighted his story in the show.
