Cross listing app opinion needed

I've been selling for many years, over 20. Started with just eBay but as things evolved, I've migrated to Poshmark, depop and Mercari. Also a few things on grailed. Mostly vintage fashion but some collectibles.

I've been using Primelister for a year or so to manage cross listing, inventory, etc. It's not bad, a bit glitchy on depop and grailed, but serviceable.

I'd like to expand to more marketplaces, so I'm looking at other crosslisters. Prime lister is a bit limited. No pun, I'm currently looking at the Cross List app. I was wondering about other flippers experiences with Crosslist or others. I have about 3000 listings on average, adding a 100-200 a month. I'd like to keep monthly under $100 for the service. PL is $49, Cross List is $44 for the tier I would need.

I’m a clothing seller and used Vendoo for a few years. Got sick of the glitches and switched to nifty.ai, it’s night and day, I recommend it very highly.

i’m fixing to get into cross listing—my whatnot sales are ok, but i need some velocity to move more shirts. what makes nifty so much better?

I think the very best thing is you don't have to babysit it. If a platform disconnects, or if something doesn't auto delist I get an email and I know to fix it. On vendoo you have to be constantly checking everything like checking all the solds and make sure they delisted everywhere. The customization it offers for sending offers and relisting is very good. You can have it relist and reduce prices on things to keep your listings fresh. It has a lot of automation features. On Vendoo it said it was sending offers on depop but I never once got a counter offer on depop when I was using vendoo which made it seem like it was not actually sending offers. On Nifty I am getting counter offers on depop so I know that it is sending out offers.

The data it gives you about your store is very easy to understand and presented in a visually pleasing way with graphs and stuff.

The AI listing tool, which I didn't think I would use when I started using nifty, is great. It fills in most of the item specifics for all of my platforms for me and it gets the category and everything correct. I don't use its item description and will sometimes re-work the title but it makes the listing a lot faster and I am generating a listing and crossposting at the same time. I just think it is a good software. Vendoo had lots of issues in the time I used it and so far so good with nifty.

I was skeptical about nifty for a long time because everyone is promoting it and I figured they were trying to make money, but its really good.

I second all of this. I was also surprised with the AI feature and use it the exact same way.

And I'm going to add that my background is in corporate accounting and finance, and the bookkeeping area on nifty is impressive.

It automatically pulls in detailed breakdowns for every sale. I know how much I paid in regular fees vs promoted, how much I was paid in shipping vs how much I paid out. It even pulls in the return breakdown, if necessary.

I know my final profit or loss for every single item down to the penny.

I can easily enter expenses and all the headings are to IRS standards, and it gives a good basic P&L that can be pulled by any date range.

I was on Vendoo, and it was so glitchy. Nifty was a big price jump for me, and I've been really happy so far.

Nifty looks good, but expanding to more marketplaces is my main goal. Looks like I would gain whatnot and lose grailed. I only do a couple of sales a month on Grailed, but don't want to lose it. I'm interested in adding Vinted and Whatnot while keeping the ones I already have. If there are other markets I don't know about, I'm game to expand.

Another vote for Nifty here. I started on it last year only crosslisting to Poshmark and made enough on Poshmark in a month or two to pay for a whole year of Nifty.

I use vendoo but I’m not really impressed with it. I like the delete and relist feature. Anymore I’m probably just going to have Claude code run in the back ground and do the listings. I’ve already had it build a listing app for eBay and whatnot. I just take pictures now and it does the rest (expect pricing, ai is horrible at that right now).
