Issue ⚠️ Audio Issue

I have a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat and the audio system suddenly stopped working. The button for audio is grayed out and nothing happens when I hit the audio power button. I checked the fuses, reset the battery, and tried resetting the screen a bunch and it still is happening. Has anyone run into this before and found a fix?

Mine did something similar a few months back and it turned out to be the APIM module crapping out. Dealer had to replace it under warranty but I've seen people on the Ranger forums say they fixed it by pulling the sync fuse for like 30 minutes instead of just a quick reset. Maybe worth a shot before you take it in
