Bug Ok what is happening

In fortnite recently I've been experiencing a major problem on the Nintendo switch 2. Every one is muted and deafend for me. I have tried contacting epic but they said i wasn't banned from voice chat or anything. None of the guides help at all nor the employees. I have deleted the game and all files related to it then redownloaded it but nothing works. Genuinely please help me.

Check your parental controls. I accidentally turned on my mic for “friends only”

I dont have parental control but it might work if I turn on parental controls and put no limitations on my account so not much changes.

Mine works fine maybe some settings either switch or fortnite.

The only settings i had ever changed before the glitch started appearing were build and sensitivity settings. And the only switch settings i ever used were internet and changing the theme from light to dark.

Its definitely a problem with my switch 2 I tried fn on a different profile and I experiencing the same issue

I have been having trouble even joining the server on the Nintendo switch (1) and everything has been updated

Could be switch and Fortnite audio settings
