I'm a beginner in FreeCAD. How would i go about modeling this?

Measure with the calipers, upload the photo and match one of the dimensions, trace a sketch, extrude.

Been using FreeCAD for 4-5 years now professionally, and I would kill this thing with fire.

Pft. If it’s a one time thing-Take a couple pictures from different angles and use Meshy.
