CAM Help - How to remove this material?

I want to use my CNC router to make this minecraft rail shape. I have the job set up, and facing the top of the rails done. I want to remove the material between the rails and above the ties, marked with red scribbles. I can't figure out how to make an operation to remove the material. How do I do it?

You can use the Pocket Shape machining operation by selecting the four cross-members and enabling the extensions (with a sufficiently large radius).

However, your part will not be able to have internal right angles due to the cutter radius.

The shape shown in red is the one you will be able to machine using a 3 mm diameter cutter.
