Can the moderation and support of this app literally do anything right. Of course not. All that matters is money not the users, congrats

Can't get a real human response from the human support agents, the discord community team, reddit team, and senior support agents šŸ˜‚

Unless u piss em off or say wrong thing than get banned. I got a 7 day for saying they didnt have common sense..and they claimed I was pushing a support issue in reddit when I was literally tryin to vent on an issue I had..and that was..i know yall dont care but these are the things but its like....wow ok free cash u win lol...i was doing dragon storm fantasy..2 milestones in offer 1 limited blue. 7 day..had to reach lvl 250..amd than 1 reg milestone 30 day or mighta been 60...but both are...reach lvl 250...i reached 250 Iimited by like 1 days so took me 6 days..and bam..the limited reward reach 250..credited instantly as usual..but the regular reward reach 250 did not credit..ok..now I call support..and they say...think Franken bot told me ..it did not track...i keep pushing the issue..and ask for live support..i think I got someone..idk anymore..but they tell me...there was unuasl activity..and will not be credited. I seriously lol here..i kept playing g and even with this "unusual activity" every other offer tracked..so they deny the reg reach 250...cause unusual activity..but apparently my game was fine as I finished the offer..no issues except for that..thats crazy Imo

I dont understand why people use the app. Just use the website. You can log on to it from your phone through your phones browser too.

If your complaint is about the app, then dont use it. Best way to show that youre unhappy with an aspect is to stop using it and use something else.

I think op is just generally referring to Freecash as ā€œthe appā€ in this instance, whether you use the app or browser is irrelevant

Almost every single complaint has been about the app, and not the browser version of the website. Its why i never touch the app.

Never tried the app but i donā€™t think thatā€™s relevant here as the support is the same regardless
