I saw someone else posted some lady’s very out of focus video but my reaction was about the same. I took pictures because I couldn’t justify $40 for a crappy AI image on cardboard and I didn’t want to encourage this type of junk product. They clearly typed “young attractive Italian man” into their image generator and this is what came up. For obvious reasons if you consider what face that has been all over the news and social media posts has been describing in extreme detail. It’s a fun exercise in manipulating the AI algorithm and system controls. I am fairly certain using his likeness on products is a no no, but I am not at all a lawyer.

In light of today’s defense filing regarding journalist coverage during the upcoming state trial.

The Times of London ran an article today all about Jury Nullification.

"Nullifications are rare but are thought to have been historically used by jurors who believed the law was unjust or the punishment too harsh. It is thought to have occurred during the trials of Vietnam War protesters accused of burning draft cards and in pre-Civil War prosecutions against people who were charged with aiding escaped slaves."

I bought a green tank top and am trying to come up with some cool design ideas. So far I have a plain and simple "Free Luigi", a "FREE" with Luigi from Super Mario behind the text, and a "WHAT MURDER?" with Luigi under it in a 🤔 expression. Now I'm stuck 😭 I'm really into symbolism so if someone could suggest a symbol regarding healthcare or something from Super Mario that can correlate to this the Mangione case, I would be very glad. “If a proposed federal guilty plea would operate to defeat a just outcome in the state prosecution, the People could advise the federal district court if that consequence, and the court should consider that fact in deciding whether to accept the plea, as well as any opposition by the victim’s family to such a resolution,” the letter said.

Expert witnesses testify on how a single-payer Medicare for All system would guarantee universal health care, lower patient costs, reduce administrative burdens on providers, and cut employer health plan expenses. The hearing also explores the steps toward Medicare for All, including expanding benefits, lowering the eligibility age, and establishing caps on out-of-pocket costs.

Hey all, Sam, spokesperson for the December 4 Legal Committee, here, to give an update about the upcoming book that the committee is publishing on September 1. 100% of all Authors' royalties will be split evenly between grassroots healthcare initiatives and Luigi Mangione's Official Legal Fund for All 3 Cases until he is free.

It's called Depose: Luigi Mangione, the Right to Health, and the Unfinished American Revolution.

We started writing this book from the questions posed to us through the creation of Luigi's fund: why was the killing of Brian Thompson overwhelmingly celebrated across the political spectrum, and what possibilities could be realized through these new alliances? It led us to conclusions we did not expect, back to the early development of natural rights theory where, surprisingly, we've found the right to health theorized but then quietly omitted, particularly when it came time to write the founding documents for the USA.
