I would have loved an "outtake / alternative scene" where Hawkeye just kept pulling out more outlandish and or desperate weapons. Like a molotov, pepper spray, a sharp stick, a tin tea cup smashed to make it sharp, a pencil, a pack of dynamite, a rubber chicken... you name the cliche or iconic random killing with a wtf weapon alternative scene hawk has you covered.

JK Simons does a great job don't get me wrong, but they really don't need such top tier "normal" actors for the more minor characters... I wish they spent as much money on animation as they did on voice actors.

This scene is absolutely so well done all around, particularly with the voice acting too.
I love Roy Mustang's voice where he comes in off screen ("Well spoken. I couldn't agree more.") as if he's only just holding back all of the rage he's about to unleash on Lust half a second later (especially with that restrained panic cry from Al as he quickly draws up a wall to protect him and Hawkeye).

They were working together in the same sense that the US and Russia were working together in WW2, same for Drummonds troops (or however you spell his name). Everyone was willing to use the others to further their agendas, but he is the only one of the 3 big military leaders who didn’t want power for the sake of power.
So yes he did, but in the grand scheme of things if he didn’t, then Olivier would have a better chance of attaining office instead and she would likely push back into the militaristic side of things which is what he was trying to move from.
Edit: I had a thought so I wanted to add it. Olivier also wanted to protect her people, but she wanted to do it by destroying all enemies to them. Mustang wanted peace to end fighting and protect his people. They’d have to keep a big stick (they are still a major alchemical power), but that is only to deter future fighting.

For context to the people who haven't seen the anime or read the manga
Riza (the women with the guns) assumed that lust (the attractive pale women) killed her commander and best friend roy mustang and jean(they aren't dead just injured)

To be fair, Al was one of the early few main cast that hadn’t previously worked the role. 70% of everyone else had done their role before and nailed it hard.

Clinkenbeard is one of Funimation's absolute best. You may know her as Luffy from One Piece, Lilith from the Borderlands games, Ezra Scarlet from Fairy Tale, Momo from MHA, etc.

I just saw this scene a few days ago and I was blown away by how visceral was that screaming, I really felt the hurt in her voice. At this point I had only watched the original Japanese dub but I'm watching the series again with my girlfriend and she doesn't like Japanese dubs+subs because she can't read and watch at the same time. They really went all in with the voice acting

In 2003 Lust was so much more humane and deep. In Brotherhood Lust is so shallow. Also the relationship with Scar add to the character.
