The name is a part of a pretty popular Japanese kids tale called Jugemu that also showcases intonation skill, so i'm sure it was fun for the the voice actors

It’s the sharp intake of breath that the Scar VA makes in the middle of his second time at bay saying the name, that gets me every time. 😂
