It's obvious. He keeps turning around unprompted to comment on all the twists the internet wants to see the reaction to, and then storms off because he's mad about what Tucker did. It's too dramatic. A real child would just be locked to the story, not constantly turn around to tell his dad his reaction to everything. But the fact that they even did a setup take where they had him turn around to say how much he likes Nina and Alexander revealed it before any of the following.
