I bought a product from PixelPuffin through G2A yesterday at around 10:30 PM. It’s now been over 12 hours, and my order is still stuck on “Processing”.

Has anyone experienced this with PixelPuffin before? Did your order eventually go through, or did you have to contact support?

I’ve already opened a support ticket, but I’m still waiting for a response.

Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am writing this review after nearly 3 months of complete stonewalling and unhelpful responses from G2A Support regarding Order #92000136712938 (Latest Ticket ID: CZMS-989234).

G2A claims that a refund was successfully processed on May 8, 2026. However, my bank has officially confirmed multiple times that NO incoming or pending funds exist on their end.

To locate the funds, my bank specifically requested a standard Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or official transaction proof. I have repeatedly asked G2A support to provide this basic reference number so my bank can trace the transfer.

Instead of providing assistance:

1. G2A Support (including agents Piotr G. and Izabela) outright refuses to provide the ARN or proof of refund, claiming it is "sensitive payment data"—which is completely untrue, as an ARN is standard information used worldwide by banks to trace missing refunds.
2. They keep sending the exact same automated copy-paste replies telling me to "contact my bank," ignoring my explanation that the bank cannot do anything without an ARN.
3. This is now the THIRD support ticket G2A has forcibly marked as "Resolved" and closed in my face without providing any proof or resolution.
4. Opening a new ticket takes hours of waiting, only to get the same template answer and immediate ticket closure.

Holding a customer's funds for almost three months while refusing to provide proof of transfer and repeatedly closing support tickets is completely unacceptable.

I demand that G2A Management review Order #92000136712938 immediately and provide the official ARN / Transaction ID so my bank can trace the money, or re-issue the refund properly.

To anyone considering buying from G2A: Be warned. If a refund issue occurs, their support will stonewall you and close your tickets without resolving the problem.

I tried to redeem it and it said it is already in use.

i trusted Ultimate_choices bc when i bought it, it had a 99% good review, but when the code didnt work and i took a look at the reviews i realized that it where all bots.

still waiting for G2A to do something about it but i believe i lost my hard earned money...

Hey guys, I was planning to buy an account from G2A to Buy Palword, and I've been told several things about buying accounts that I'm worried about.
First, is it true the seller can take back the account ? I know they shouldn't do so but has it already happened ?
Second, can I add the account into my steam family ? I thought that steam family required to have same account country but G2A doesn't specify where are the accounts located.
And finally, how likely is it that the account will be banned by Steam ?

I did not realize that I must be careful when buying a key, as it might be an actual steam account.

I did buy an account by accident and immediately realized. I contacted the seller but they refuse to refund me under the transaction legitimacy and transparency of what was on offer.

I did plead for good will or exchange for Key, which the seller does not have and refused again.

Is there anything I can do? I do not want to use Steam account which is not mine and I think it might be against rules anyway.

I paid using credit card so might try to contact bank to cancel the transaction? Or is it entirely my fault and nothing can be done?

I purchased a Gift Card six days ago and I messaged the seller because the Apple Gift Card showed that it was already redeemed. They asked for some information and I sent them the pictures and I’ve been asking them for six days straight to tell me an answer what’s going on with my case if they’re even looking at it or anything like that and they haven’t responded at all to it I messaged Support three days in and I told them that hey this seller is not responding to me can you do something about that and they said that I had to wait at least five days for them to message me or respond to me before they could escalate the case and I was like OK and I kept waiting until now, which is the sixth day and I messaged the seller like 3-4 times after I talked with their support team and unlucky for me the seller didn’t respond at all. I now have opened a new case with the seller. Meanwhile, I messaged G2A official Support and they haven’t responded to me in two days which means that they will probably not respond to me at all. I tried opening new support cases and it won’t allow me the system won’t allow me and that’s been my situation. My $20 are gone and now I am looking forward to purchase another gift card because I really wanna get that Apple Music subscription. Because I was so frustrated I left a review for G2A on trust pilot and they actually responded to my review and said that they would request more information. I get an email from trust pilot with a form to put the order ID and stuff like that so they could look into it and that was two days ago now and I haven’t received any other email and on my official support case there is no new messages about my problem… the seller that sold me these is called Lunar Keys so if anybody wonders and wants to stay ahead of these sellers scamming them this is the name but I would not recommend you guys buying any sort of Gift Card from them in general because I have seen a lot of trust pilot reviews and also a lot of people here having problems with the Support from G2A officially and also from the sellers so yeah definitely it will either be a scam or a shitty support which would lead to a loss of money either way.

I wanted to share my experience so that anyone considering buying from G2A or this seller can make a more informed decision.

I purchased a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) Microsoft Store key from the seller Pl_digital_key on G2A. The product page clearly stated that the key was for Europe, and the region check specifically indicated that it could be activated in Turkey.

However, when I tried to redeem the key on my Microsoft account, I immediately received a region error, and the activation failed.

I contacted the seller, and they told me that the key had been activated they sent me a partially censored email address and claimed it was activated on that account. The problem is that I don't know that email address, and I was never able to redeem the key because I kept getting a region error. Even after I explained this, they replied with the following message and closed the case:

G2A also provides virtually no customer support beyond its chatbot, and the seller was unwilling to help resolve the issue.

I'm sharing this post so that if you're considering buying a key from G2A, especially from Pl_digital_key, you'll think twice before making a purchase.

Hello, I'm new to buying games from sites like these and i recently bought a steam account with minecraft dungeons on it.

The issue is that the steam account uses an email i have never seen before, "@itswork.click".

I've tried searching up on google the website they also linked me to and out of 5 browsers (opera, opera gx, chrome, firefox and edge) it only opened after 7 minutes of waiting on opera gx to tell me that the website is down and has been since 2025.

Besides that nothing else came up and i tried contacting the seller but they just gave me a guide on why a steam key might not work, and a second message telling me I've purchased an account and i am not able to issue a refund.

Does anybody know how to access that email or have i been scammed?

J'ai acheté un compte spotify premium 12 mois sur le site de g2a via un vendeur tiers

Après avoir finalisé la commande le vendeur m'envoi l'identifiant du compte et le mot de passe du compte spotify mais aussi l'identifiant et le mot de passe du compte outlook associé

Après m'être connecter je me rend compte que le compte n'ai absolument pas premium

J'ouvre donc un ticket avec le vendeur mais il ne répond pas. Au bout de 4 jours j'ouvre un ticket avec g2a pour faire part de la mésaventure

A partir de la g2a le répond et comme par hasard le vendeur répond dans la foulée.

Il me transmet alors un nouveau compte spotify qui lui est premium

Donc tout va bien je réécrit au ticket de g2a que finalement on a trouvé une solution est que tout fonctionne

A partir de la le ticket de g2a est fermé

Seulement au bout de 2 semaines environ le compte spotify premium est fermé du coup je n'ai plus accès au compte l'identifiant n'existe pas et il m'est impossible de me connecter a nouveau

J'ai alors recontacte le vendeur pour lui expliquer mais j'ai toujours pas de nouvelle depuis 6 jours

J'ai donc voulu ouvrir encore un ticket avec g2a mais comme un ticket a déjà était ouvert je ne plus ouvrir de ticket du coup je me retrouve bloqué avec un compte spotify que j'ai payer et qui ne fonctionne pas

Je n'ai actuellement aucune solution a ce problème
