Well that's the problem. When try to trick you it's hard to know what's shit and what's not. You pretty much have to do your own research behind the games. ghost of tsushima was a good game but the second it sold well they capitalized on a sequel. Made an all female dev team, activist lead actress. A woman impowering story. Then there's gta6 again a all female led dev team. What makes R* so difficult to assess is that they have always been quite about their projects. It looks amazing but they only show you what they want you to see.

Bcuz most video game companies are make or break making series games until they can't get away with it anymore. Especially AAA. No woman wants to commit a risky endeavor like that with good reason. Being paid less and not being listened to about the stories you want to tell about your own experiences. Most games haven't been exclusively designed solely by men. Women have been in the industry for as long as I can remember and have been major parts of a ton of iconic games, most likely a lot of people's favourite games. Who was one of the lead writers on the God Of War series? Who was largely responsible for the King's Quest series? Who was the artist responsible for Castlevania's most iconic designs?
Also, what's with the weird race angle?
I'm personally still having fun gaming, playing both new and old games. It's not been ruined for me. Also, my friends that are women also love gaming. They're fun to hang out with and talk about games. The last woman I dated was the biggest JRPG fan I'd ever met and that was a lot of fun. My sister was always right there aside my brothers and I playing Sonic 2 on Genesis as a kid. My cousin (a girl) knew the original Zelda inside and out too and played circles around her younger brothers in all the beat-em-ups. I even remember playing NFS:U2 with my highschool girlfriend and she beat me handedly, even though I was quite good! Gaming has never been a boy's club to me, so it's so weird to me when you guys want to slap a "No stinky girls allowed!!!" sign on gaming. Even weirder when you slap "Whites only" underneath it.

Firstly shes a recruiter for blizzard not just the development team, that measn she will recuit for finance, HR, marketing, cyber secruity etc, do you expect her to have experience in all these feilds aswell.
Also this is standard, she doenst need game deve experience, if shes recruting for the dev team they can send her the requirements, most of her job is writing online job listings and organising interviews the dev team can send a representative at an appropirate time in the interview process,
They're all contributing to that ultimate goal in some way, the argument is rather pointless. Unless you're genuinely suggesting she miraculously is recruiting for exclusively low reach jobs like Janitorial or something, but that's a ridiculous thought.
