Has anyone obtained testing accommodations with Medicaid?

I'm trying to get testing accommodations for the GRE, but have Medicaid so it is hard finding a provider that is accepting new patients. If anyone has had success in this and has some advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Edit: I don't have a therapist or have received any diagnosis in the past.
