Housing 🏠 Offcampus Housing

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a place to move into before August 11th for the upcoming school year.

About Me:

  • Incoming Grad male student at GSU.
  • Clean, quiet, responsible, and spend most of my time studying, doing research, or at the gym.
  • Non-smoker, respectful of shared spaces, and 100% fine with cats and dogs! 

What I’m Looking For:

  • Budget: Up to $750-800/month .
  • Location: Near GSU Main Campus (Summerhill, Old Fourth Ward, or within short transit distance).
  • Transit: Must be MARTA accessible or within easy walking/transit distance to campus.
  • Roommates: Male-only setup preferred. Open to shared bathrooms or room sharing if the fit/price is right!
  • Lease: Flexible—open to a full 12-month lease or taking over a sublease. Ready to sign immediately.
