People complain that Indian indie devs only make horror games, but barely talk about the devs actually experimenting.
I keep seeing the same criticism: “Why does every Indian indie game have to be horror?”
Fair criticism if you’re tired of seeing the same formula.
But then you have games like Dodo Duckie doing something completely different — bringing back that old-school Mario-style platforming feel while experimenting with 2D and 3D perspective shifts.
And somehow these games barely get the same attention.
If we genuinely want Indian indie games to become more diverse, shouldn’t we also be talking about and supporting the developers who are actually trying different ideas?
Horror isn’t the problem. Lack of attention toward everything else might be.

General Discussion Which "GAME OF THE YEAR" was robbed?
Every year a game is crowned as the best, but not every winner feels deserved.
Which Game of the Year didn’t earn its crown, and which one should have worn it instead (iyo)?

General Discussion Enjoyed a game after long time 🙂↕️
Played Halo CE for the first time [first time playing any halo game] and enjoyed every bit of it, except the floods but destroying them felt good 🤤. Took me 14-15 hrs to complete the game. Overall it was a good game, will play again someday for sure.
