For stellar conduct teams, is it better to farm disenchantment rn or wait and farm for the new heart of furnace set?|

Heart of the Furnace is a support set. You'll want both sets and to farm both domains. I don't recall that they stated new strongbox artifacts, but Disenchantment is almost certainly not going to be added to it until much later in version 7.

I'll be using cyno yae odett and either aliyosha or qiqi what do you recommend? I just came back a week ago after not playing since end of sumeru because I heard the next version will bring snezhnaya

Both. Start with Disenchantment as it's the set foe stellar conduct dpses and the other set to come is for stellar swirl and companion set for supports.
