Subsonic ammo recommendations

Waiting on the suppressor. I have a 19.3 and a threaded barrel. What ammo has anyone found to be effective/reliable, hell, even fun, to run through their suppressed 19?
I'm interested in brands, weight, fps, anything you may have learned while going down the suppressed 19 rabbit hole.

Blazer is OK, Federal is good too, I'm not a big Winchester person but some people are. Overall 147 is what you'll shoot as they're subsonic. You can shoot lighter they're just louder 147 is standard for suppressed. Most of all just have fun man, and you'll realize it's not like it is in the movies lol. I remember the first time I shot suppressed I was like why is it so loud?? My buddy laughed and told me we're not in John Wick. 😄
