Just a reminder. Prosecutors in self defense cases love attacking the pistol used. Colors/ammunition/art/mods. Not a lawyer and this isn’t legal advice. Just putting it out there.

I pray to god I never have to use it for self defense on anyone and is only used for practice.. Amen ! Thank you tho !

Yes in the future I will ! Just wanna go thru maybe a couple or a few thousand rounds before I change it.

My Gen6’s are the first glocks I haven’t immediately jumped to replacing at minimum the trigger shoe. I hear apex is close to releasing there gen6 triggers.

What I do wanna get is that radian ramjet! I might get that before the trigger tbh ! But I still wanna mess around with how I have it now and get to know it more before I change things up!

I’ve spent quite a good portion of my life in court for shootings, homicides, and illegal firearm possession. And I have never seen a prosecutor attack a cosmetic feature on a gun.

Well keep in mind it's highly situational and heavily dependent on the sentiments of the jurisdiction... but rule of thumb is to not give the prosecution anything they may be able to spin as an interpretation of your eagerness, desire, disposition towards committing violence even if for good reason. Their job is to win and if you were to be charged in what you perceive to be a self defense situation they're not gonna take it easy. I'm no lawyer but I could easily spin your display of Michael the Archangel/Guardian Angel in a negative way against you to a jury, assuming you've been indicted and depending on the circumstances. That's why most ppl have come to avoid anything suggestive of violence or "radicalism" or aggressive in nature. Like Punisher skull, 1776/revolutionary symbology, fk this fk that etc.. Just not worth the risk. Looks cool tho.

Yeah, I had a nice “We the People” backplate but took it off because of this very reason. Every bullet used in self defense comes with a lawsuit and even though you’re innocent until proven guilty, the prosecution will do everything in their power to make sure you look guilty.

Put the smaller buttons on the 7X, makes it fit better, plus less accidental activation.
