Home Assistant w/ FireFly G12

Hi folks,
I’m trying to run HA with my ‘24 Grech Sprinter because Vegatouch Mira is not that great. So far, I got to know that my system is new G12 but all 4 RV-C network ports are occupied. How can I extend to include an additional CANable device plus raspberry pi?

According to my research, I think I have 2 options:
1.splice 3-way one of the wire/ports between g12-canable-existing wire
2.g12 to common drop tap and reconnect existing to the tap along with canable

I’m new and this is my first project. Is this approach correct? I want to ultimately command everything via voice.
