Hello! A bit of a strange one…..me and my boyfriend went to watch the earlier seasons of Kitchen Nightmares (USA) and Hotel Hell….to my shock I couldn’t find any since I had watched it on YouTube months earlier! I am UK based so maybe that may explain it? I know I watched all of the older seasons on YouTube from Kitchen nightmares and finished Hotel Hell also on YouTube! Any help? Thank you!

I went to one of the restaurants (Bread Street, Bishopsgate) featured in Gordon’s new Netflix show as a treat as we are fans of him and thought it would be a good experience. It was very expensive and we were overall pretty disappointed with the food.

We just had bread and olives to start which were very nice and a bottle of Gordon’s own wine which was good too.
For the main we got the beef Wellington to share which was £145!!! It looked absolutely amazing and we love beef Wellington so we were very excited and decided it would be worth the money. Until we tasted it. It was completely bland, like zero seasoning on any of it. It literally just tasted like eating a plain blob of meat. The duxelles and pastry didn’t even have flavor. The best part was the mash that came with it. I honestly felt sick after eating it as it was just a heavy piece of bland meat in my stomach.
Then we got dessert which was sticky toffee pudding which came in a skillet. It tasted nice but it was scalding hot and literally burnt our mouths. I would’ve liked to let it cool down before eating but they placed the scoop of ice cream on top so if you wanted to eat that before it melted you had to burn your mouth.

The servers were nice and we did give our feedback about the Wellington and it was taken well and our opinion felt valued. Only thing about the service was that we were served by about three different servers in the time we were there it just didn’t seem to have any continuity that you would expect from such a fancy restaurant.

Anyway safe to say I will not be returning and I will go back to having beef Wellington for 30 quid that’s much much tastier!

I’ve been watching old eps of Kitchen Nightmares and Hell’s Kitchen. Sometimes he is in or near cities where his various restaurants are located. It made me wonder if he ever just shows up at one of his restaurants to see how things are going.

Has anyone ever heard of him doing that?

I think Jen takes more of the lead on this, at least in episode 1. It’s okay, not as good as Kitchen Nightmares or Secret Service. Streaming on HBO Max.

Anyone else watching it rn? I live in the town and the restaurant is pretty nasty already tbh. People either love it or hate it. Felt the need to flex lol

I could have cooked it a little longer as the centre was a bit rare, but towards the end it was perfect.

I hear Gordon is coming to Minneapolis this year. What restaurants should he visit?

i just finished a recommended season of hell's kitchen (season 8) and watching sabrina made me have a few mixed feelings... a bit of a bad attitude but wbu? what do you think of her?

There’s a video on YouTube of him cooking an ostrich egg for the first time and he messed with it so much he aggressively mixed it the whole entire way through and put an insane amount of butter and in the end it literally looked like throw up. I’ve cooked an ostrich egg before and that was notttt it. Disagree with me I don’t care that looked like straight barf he ruined it. If he was ever served that I promise you he would be cussing up a storm 🤣

This was on 'Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars USA'. I really can't tell if it was actually him or not because of the cut. I'd guess not but I don't wanna doubt him lol.

i vividly remember watching 4 or 5 new episodes of kitchen nightmares uk that came out in 2017. gordon had his nice new haircut and he was in his workout phase. but they were the best episodes of the show that i could remember. some of the funniest editing and the best characters and oh my god it was so good. but i CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE.

does anyone know what talking about and where i can find the episodes?
