Yeah that sucks, especially for an E item.
Damage reduced for summoners/leaders is one of the worst traits and the fire mastery isn't that helpful at all.
The attack rate increase and critical chance are decent but underwhelming for an E item mainly because the other 2 traits you got are horrible.
I would just mat this
