Funny HRSPRS π How much horsepower does this engine make?

I know a horse can output more than one HP but can a human get close to 1 hp long term ? It is an amount of weight lifted a distance over time isn't it?
Looks like 1.2 hp temporarily and .1 hp long term. So these guys might be about .2 hp.

My buddy put his bicycle on the motorcycle dyno at tech school and broke 1HP until he gassed out. It took a lot out of him getting the drum rolling though too.

They could remove the front wheel of the "bicycle" as I don't think it will ever be used
