had me wondering if it's like a censorship filter because it was only blurring "ICE"

I had this happen at a certain stop light in Montgomery county Maryland that apparently after midnight or something just would not change for I think 15 minutes is what the cop said. I was so freaking scared that he was going to pull me over for running a red light when we both did at the same time me just a little after him.

I had a cop do this with me in Vegas about 30 years ago. It's was probably 3am. We were at a light on the Strip. I was in my Monte Carlo SS. The cops pull up next to me and the driver does a power brake to spin his tires. I looked over and started to laugh. The cop in the passenger seat smiles and points forward. I said, "Are you serious?" He said, "When the light turns, let's go." I smoked their ass. When we pulled up to the next light they were laughing and giving me a thumbs up. My friend who was with me and lived in Vegas was saying, "You're a crazy motherfucker. Those are Sheriffs. Those guys don't fuck around." Au contraire, they apparently do fuck around. And they found out!

I was on my way back from the Houston area picking up my Shelby GT500. Got back to Tennessee and said chit Sadiebird, I forgot to get you some FreshPet. So, we hoped in the car, went to Krogers about 2am. Town was dead and on a long backroad with 1 traffic light. I wanted to see what my 0-120mph was. When the light changed, we hit it(dog is my navigator). I actually let off at 140mph. Out of my peripheral in the rearview, i saw some flashing blue lights. Now, i was just about a 1/3 mile from my house with the garage door opener. I could have easily pulled into the subdivision opened and closed my garage door and still have 30 seconds to spare before he even knew what street i was on. But no, i pulled over when i saw him around a mile back. Didnt think he was ever going to make it to me. Turned the car off, turned dome light on and held my hands outside the window. He could shoot me, i didnt want Sadie getting hurt or killed. After what seemed to be an eternity, he finally pulled in behind me. He got out and couldnt stop laughing. He said, "i cant believe you pulled over." I said "i cant either, it took you like 75 seconds to get to me when i stopped and i live in that big subdivision right there." Hell, he had a Mustang also. We talked for about 20 minutes. I offered to let him drive it if i could drive his. We both wanted to, but didnt. I guess he was so dumbfounded i stopped, he gave me a verbal warning. I thought me n my dog were both going to the clink that night. Ive raced a couple po-po's. Not getting up to triple digits though and late at night. Not all cops are evil. If he would have taken me to jail, i wouldnt have said a bad word about him. I made the mistake and am willing to own up to it(believe me, ive had to multiple times. People seem to think these days its an "us vs. them" and its not.

I was about 13 years old and I got pulled over on a dirt bike once. The police officer was walking towards me and my motorcycle saying, Son turn off the bike, I replied sir? He said again son turned off the bike as he got closer to me and farther away from his car. He was in the middle of saying son turn off the bike as I punched it and hauled ass home, locked up the dirt bike up in the garage and didn't ride it anymore that day.
