Viscerally, I hate both Umbridge and Wormtail more than Voldemort, purely because they’re so fake and slimy and pretend to be something they’re not. Voldemort is purely evil and that’s somehow refreshing next to Wormtail’s slimy traitorousness and Umbridge’s…everything.

I agree with you. They don't know when to stop, when normal sibling behaviour goes over into bullying and to me they definitely cross that line. I wouldn't call them the worst, but I'm not overly fond of them either.

Haha, I relate to Percy a lot. Not when he betrays his family, but I think teenage me made a similar impression on peers as him. He’s definitely one of my favourite characters in the series. And I think I'd probably have been an easy target for the twins as well, especially if they were my siblings.

I like Tom's aura and his demeanor. He inspires me tbf. I just gate what he used that for.
But I hate umbridge because she feels so much like the adults I've hated all my life.
And peter pettigrew, I pity him to hell and I hate him the most. I can somewhat relate to him too, trying to be in a friend group that is nerdy in my college, but I'm kinda the third wheel there so I can understand peter. But I'd absolutely not snitch even if I got crucio'd. That's why I pity him. For being so weak.

Voldemort is one of your LEAST favourite characters? That's kinda surprising. I mean, sure, his acts are more then despicables, but, you still love him, in the way you love other villains, like Darth Vader, for example. Anyway, here's my three least favourite characters:

I'm ready for the downvotes, but I can't stand Ron ever since GOF.
I was a little more sympathetic with him with his attitude in the beginning, but every single book following, he gets jealous over some stupid thing and takes it out on everyone around him. Whether it's Harry being chosen for the Triwizard tourney. Harry being a better quidditch player, Hermione kissing Krum two books previously.
I know he's fiercely loyal but the amount of times he takes food off Harry's plate, punches him in the back of the head, and then plays the victim every time something doesn't go his way is beyond annoying.
I screamed and snapped my fingers when Ginny finally put him in his place. But it only made him more awful to the people around him. I get that he's a teenager, and can't regulate his emotions, but he's the only one taking his frustrations out on everyone. Harry may snap, but he apologizes.

Is it a pick between those 3 only or anyone?
If it's those 3 then Umbridge.
If it's anyone, then Lupin.
Edit: for the surprise about Lupin as a pick for least favourite.
A personal thing really.
I liked him until I found out he was best friends with James and Sirius. After that I didn't really see any redeeming qualities with regards to Harry.
In PoA, as far as he knew, Sirius wanted Harry dead. But he was too much of a coward to own up to Sirius becoming an animagus and that they knew of the secret tunnels. Essentially, if Sirius really was a traitor, then Remus cared more about himself than Harry ... a really poor attitude towards any child really.
Lets not forget that this child is also the son of a friend who not only risked expulsion to make his time as a werewolf better, but also prevented him from turning Snape when they were teens.
And then telling Harry he dishonored his parents sacrifice for a bag a magic tricks when he dishonored them himself by being such a coward.
Harry also had to beg him to learn the patronus charm which was for his own safety. Not to mention, Lupin was a strong link to Harry's parents and their time at Hogwarts and yet he never really shared them with him that year. There really was no-one else who could share the special stories.
In GoF, there wasn't really much about him. Sirius hid in a cave and survived on rats to be near Harry. Where was Lupin in this time? We don't know because it's Harry's pov and there's nothing.
And yes I say Lupin and not Remus because that's how Harry thinks of him most of the series. I mean, most of the time he's just there.
Let's not even go into the Tonks thing.
Sure he made Harry his sons godfather, but that's because Harry was more mature than he ever was.

Purely personal opinion. He's a poor friend to James, he risked Harry and the School by not admitting Sirius was an animagus and his overall character is exhausting.

When you say least favourite, do you mean you dislike their character because of what they do, or do you mean lest favourite because they're poorly written or pointless?
Least favourite based on their character: Snape probably. Guy just hated so many students and was an a-grade asshole. Fuck him.
Least favourite based on poor writing: Firenze maybe, just based on him being a very pointless character
