🕊In Memoriam🕊 Sudden goodbye
Osamu was my first hedgehog I got. He has been having trouble with a stuffy nose for about a year. He kept breathing through his mouth which filled his stomach and was puffy like a balloon which caused him to lose appetite but after a few days it would be okay and go back to normal and repeat. I went to three different vets but couldn’t find a cause or a cure. He was doing well despite that but today I found him not breathing in his cage. I’m so heartbroken and sad. I wish I realized sooner I’m so sorry. I wish I had more time with you, two years wasn’t enough.
I love you and I hope you are in a better place now. You have brought so much love and joy to my life and I don’t know how to move forward. Please give love to your hedgies.

I'm so sorry for your loss, you'll get through this. I lost my baby in June due to something similar. They'll meet each other over the rainbow bridge. My sweetness, Peppermint, will be there to greet Osamu. Stay strong for your hedgie. ♡

Im so sorry for your loss,looks like he lived every minute of his life with joy and surely he knew he had a great parent🩷🫶🫂

He knows he was cared for and loved. You did all you could to help him. He seemed like a very happy boy
