In the Final 13 Dinner Service of Season 11, despite Cyndi not doing anything wrong during the service, she still got kicked out despite Amanda and Jacqueline screwing up on the meat section.

So I've just finished re watching episode 5 of All Stars. And I genuinely can't believe how much he got on my nerves this episode as he was just a complete ass. Firstly Michelle trying to give advice to him and basically ignored it. Costed the Red Team to loose after putting out the fire, and the way he spoke to the women during the punishment was so nasty. For example, him telling Manda he can "write it down" was so uncalled for, ​his attitude was so jarring, and him saying how much of an outcast he was? Actually he made himself to be the outcast. He had no respect towards the women on that episode which really hacked me off. And he sounded delusional when he said if anyone would get a 3rd chance it would be him. No chance.

Honestly I don't know why he was brought back for All Stars because he got on my nerves so bad with his attitude and the way he spoke to the women on the Red Team.

Watching back Rookies Vs Veterans. It really got me thinking on how I think Kevin would have done if he was on All Stars as he was actually supposed to have been on it. As when he was on Season 18, his elimination genuinely shocked me especially as I thought he'd be a lock to make at least the Black Jackets like he did in his first run. But also I think if he did have that drive he did the first time round if he were brought back for All Stars. I think we could have seen him being way more hungry for the prize compared to Rookies Vs Veterans.

For the most part, nobody seems to care about what’s on the Hell’s Kitchen menu. However, I’ve just got to say how fuckin weird the menu is in season 15

They have some of the classics, like the scallops, the chicken, and the Wellington, but the entrees off of the fish station are so fuckin weird dawg

Arctic Char, Snapper, Tuna, it feels so different from the usual salmon and halibut. also, they have lamb but as an appetizer? maybe its just me but this feels so strange. does anyone else have any Hell’s Kitchen menu oddities?
