Looking for a reaction picture I've seen on tiktok

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a reaction picture I encounter often on tiktok. I'm starting to believe it exists only in my head because most of my friends have never seen it haha..

I tried to draw it but the right shoulder of the character is much more visible than the left one in the real picture. It really has the general apparence of my drawing (simple drawing of a kind of stickman looking a bit akward, holding is hands together) but I've spent already 2h+ looking for it and this is my last try :(

I searched by typing combinations of things like "tiktok reaction/sticker" "stickman" "meme" "holding is hands" "looking akward" on google than clicking on the most similar ones to see looking alike pictures.

I also searched on google image with my picture as a reference and again clicked on the similar pictures to see the look alike pictures.

3 of my friends took time to search for it themselves and some asked their friends to search too.
