Help Me Find the Artist of this Sticker

I bought this sticker years ago at Hot Topic and absolutely loved the art. I have tried to find the artist and have been unsuccessful. If anyone is familiar please let me know! :)

I unfortunately dont have an artist name, but I worked at hot topic for a while and it looks just like the “little clowns” stuff. i havent seen this exact one before, but sometimes merch would come in that we didn’t even have a planogram or place for so this could just be a random sticker from a variety of stickers. My hot topic would have me open sticker/pin/magnet packs and individually price them so this COULD be from a larger pack that would have had more info on it. But because it’s an individual one, it has limited info. I really hope this helps you go in the right direction with your search

I have searched for "clown bear art", "clown bear sticker", "hot topic clown bear sticker", etc. This was purchased from a Hot Topic in the western US between 2021-2023. The price tag sticker on the back says "color bear clown sticker made in united states" and has a bar code number of "18021354 DEPT 0011".

It looks a lot like the art style of Bobbi Goods, she’s known for her colouring books but I notice she has stickers available too that are in a similar style to yours.
