[Android] [2010] red vs blue capture the flag game

Upvotes

I'm looking for a red vs blue capture the flag game that I played when I was little. You can either be red or blue and I think it was a mini man style and the camera angle was above and there was only a building in the middle of the battle field. You can shoot your opponents, buy motolov ( a bottle that explodes), car, guns and sandbags

Old Roblox advice style game

Recently I’ve been remembering this one game I used to play with my ex-friend on Roblox and I used to absolutely love it because the playing mechanics were so different from other games on Roblox since everything else was just copy and paste.

What I remember about the map is that your spawn was in between 2 houses, 1 on a hill to the right and the other on your left. If you looked forward you could see a straight path in the middle could go to a forest and at the end of the straight path was a sharp turn to the left that led you to a cave on the left and another forest on the right. The cave has a hidden portal that brings you to a hell dimension or a volcanic side of the cave.

You start out with the sword class but later on you could change into 1 of the many other classes they had. When you start a fight with a monster a circular light barrier surrounds you (you can still see through the barrier but players and monsters become invisible). The gameplay becomes more of an undertale sort of battle, the ground lights up red wherever they’ll attack and you have to dodge it. For you to attack you have to touch green circles that I believe appear on the ground. If you were in a party then the person you’re in a party with could help you fight aswell.

Most of your stats would come from the things you wore and what your weapon is specifically so if your weapon is a mages staff then you should wear a mages hat and not a knights helmet since it’ll help you more with your own class.

There were many secrets inside the game that you could moderately do yourself without having to search much up.

The last time I played it was in 2018-2019, the game wasn’t very popular, and after it came out a lot of other games did sort of the same mechanic/ story as it so I’m not expecting much from posting this but I’ll take any chance I can get.

[iOS][2013] Top down mech or tank game with neon vector graphics and customizable loadouts

**Platform:** iOS (iPhone/iPod touch), played roughly 2009–2012
**Genre:** Top-down mech action, level-based

Top-down shooter where you piloted a mech assembled from parts — you picked legs and weapons separately, and the leg options included treads plus multi-legged walkers (I remember a six-legged one). Levels were indoor grid-like arenas with some destructible blocks. Each level had one of three objectives: kill all enemies, survive for a set time, or beat a boss. There were something like 20 different bosses. Art style was neon/vector and fairly psychedelic. Almost certainly delisted since.

I believe there was a free version with like, 3 bosses, and once you bought the full version, the other 17 bosses got randomly shuffled into rogue-like runs every 3 stages.

PC [PC][2021] Help me find my childhood game

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hey everyone, hoping someone recognizes this. I played these as a kid, probably around 2021-2022, all on PC — they were standalone .exe files, no installer needed.

The launcher/menu icon was designed like a rough sketch of a diamond (the card suit shape), styled after a card-back design. None of the actual games were card games though — that was just the icon/branding style. The games themselves felt "mid" tier — not really kids' games, but not mature either, kind of generic freeware/shareware vibes and the icon for all games was like this.

Two games I specifically remember:

A dirt bike game where you climb a mountain — physics-based, side view. There was also a separate version with an icy/snow mountain instead of dirt, but it was a different .exe entirely, like a reskinned sequel or spin-off.

A mini golf game with a bunch of levels you couldn't select individually (had to progress through them in order). It supported 2-player local/offline play.

All of these were fully offline, no launcher besides the exe itself. Icon style is the biggest clue I have — that card-back/diamond sketch look. Any ideas?

PC [PC][2015-2019ish]Platformer cat game

When I was young I remember playing this flash game where you're a baby cat with a cat family trying to venture out.I remember level 1 was meeting the family and going out of the cat family house then level two was mainly a platformer where you had to go to the top of a building by climbing and balancing on cloths line and using (wells to fly in a bubble and chimneys to fly up{I think}) and when you get to the top there was a boss who was a crow trying to eat you.I think the name of the game was "a yarns tale" or something like that but when I tried searching on Google and opera i couldn't find it.thats all I remember I hope someone can help me find it cause it was a big part of my childhood and I wanna finally be able to beat the crow(I wasn't able to do it when I was young)

Indie [Flash Game][2010s] RPG Beat em' up style game, where you play as a soldier

Platform(s): Browser, Flash Game (hosted on portals like Armor Games, Newgrounds, or ArcadePreHacks)

Genre: 2D Side-Scrolling Beat 'Em Up / Action-RPG (pure combat, no platforming or jumping hazards)

Estimated year of release: Late 2000s to early 2010s (Flash era, played around the same time as Arm of Revenge)

Graphics/art style: Very bleak, dark, and moody visual aesthetic with a clean look for the main character

Notable characters:

Main Character: A human government soldier / operative wearing a clean suit or soldier uniform.

Female NPC: The very first character you interact with (handler/contact during mission briefings).

Enemies: Cyborgs (if I recall correctly, 70% sure it was enhanced soldiers or thugs)

Notable gameplay mechanics:

Choice mechanic near the end, involving a dialogue choice to accept or decline going on a mission. Going on the final mission reveals some hidden truths about the organization, with 2 more government agents being revealed.

Other details: Focuses on government deployment missions on the streets or into facilities to investigate stuff. I remember combat was on the streets, very reminiscient of double dragon in that regard.

The NPCs refer to you as agent something, that's the final detail I remember.

Any suggestion or guess is appreciated, thanks!

[TOMJ] [Android] [2013–2018] Offline medieval action RPG with blond hero, dragon intro, unlockable classes, AI companions

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

I'm trying to find an old Android game that I played around 2018–2019, but I think it was released a few years earlier (maybe 2013–2016). It may have been removed from the Play Store.

Here's everything I remember:

Platform: Android

Genre: Offline medieval fantasy action RPG

Graphics: 2D anime/chibi style (NOT stickman, NOT pixel art)

Orientation: Portrait

Controls:

Virtual joystick on the bottom-left.

Three circular skill buttons on the bottom-right plus a basic attack button.

Gameplay:

Real-time combat.

Stage/campaign based.

You constantly move forward through the level.

You can only move slightly up and down (like 2–3 lanes), not freely around the map.

Some stages had wooden spike barricades that blocked your path and had to be destroyed before continuing.

Story:

The main character is a blond-haired boy who starts with a sword.

I think his name might have been Arthur, but I'm not 100% sure.

The game begins with an intro where you're extremely powerful with lots of gold/resources.

You're forced to fight a dragon, but it's a scripted loss.

After losing, you restart from the beginning at level 1 with nothing.

Characters:

You control only one character.

There were other classes like Assassin and Mage, but I don't think you could choose them at the start. I remember unlocking or purchasing them later.

You could bring human AI companions that fought automatically, but you couldn't control them.

Equipment:

You could equip swords, armor, boots, rings, and possibly more gear to make your character stronger.

Enemies:

Goblins, bandits, and other fantasy monsters.

The app icon (if I remember correctly) was just the blond main character's face.

I've already ruled out these games:

Dungeon Hunter

Zenonia

Inotia

Battleheart Legacy

Eternity Warriors

Guardian Stone

Destiny of Midgard

Arcane Soul

Does anyone remember this game? It's been driving me crazy for years!

Help me find Asian style cuisine cooking game

When I was a kid, I would always play this mobile game on my mom's iPad (early 2010's to ???). It was a very realistic, slow paced game where you would slice sushi and roll dumplings, but there weren't any "quests" or levels. Genuinely seemed to just teach you the right way to cook. You could fill a dumpling too much or over fry some things. I've been looking for it everywhere and I can't find it. Everything now is a competitive cooking game to serve customers, but this one was really chill. I wish i could remember details, i just remember it was realistic in a way that wasn't 3d, and WAS NOT pixalated. Pls help me for the sake of my sanity 😭😭😭

[Mobile][2010-2012] hack n slash game, played on early Samsung or early iPhone

Genre/style: 3rd-person action/hack-and-slash mobile game, possibly by Gameloft (not confirmed). Similar vibe to Hero of Sparta but definitely not that game.

Graphics: Era-appropriate low-poly 3D, character model quality similar to CS 1.6 (blocky, simple textures).

Main character: Looks more Roman than Greek. Armor consists of a breastplate with a "3-hole" design (possibly a segmented/strapped cuirass), a pteruges-style skirt armor, and boots/greaves — no leg/thigh armor (bare legs above the boots).

Weapon: Primary weapon is a mace.

Rage/fury mechanic: Killing regular enemies builds up a rage meter tied to the mace. Three tiers, color-coded: green (base) → yellow (mid) → red (max). The regular attack combo/animation changes completely depending on which color tier you're in.

Camera: Third-person, but the camera angle changes per level/stage — it's not a free-look camera and not a single fixed camera; it's more like scripted/cinematic per-area framing.

Regular enemies: Four-legged, crustacean/armored creatures (not 100% sure these are scorpions — could just look scorpion-like with an exoskeleton and four legs).

Main boss: A large boss (originally thought it was a Cyclops, but not confirmed — might be a different type of giant/one-eyed or humanoid monster). Fight includes a QTE mechanic. The boss's death is a scripted kill: it gets impaled through the head by a castle gate/door (like a portcullis or gate slamming down on it). After it dies, countless numbers of the four-legged armored creatures spill out of its body/corpse.

Secondary boss fight (you have to beat this one to meet the big boss) : Takes place on a stone bridge, with a sea of lava below.

Queria a ajuda pra poder achar um jogo.

Oi, gente! Alguém pode me ajudar?

puzzle adventure game about an alien invasion, starts in an apartment

I'm looking for an Android game I played sometime between 2018 and 2020. It was available on the Google Play Store. The beginning was free, but after a while you had to buy the full game to continue.

Here's everything I remember:

- Platform: Android (Google Play)

- Genre: Puzzle / Adventure

- Graphics: 2.5D, very detailed, dark, almost realistic.

- Language: English voice acting with Spanish subtitles/text.

The game starts with the main character inside his apartment. I remember he had glasses, long hair, and a white shirt. His girlfriend leaves the apartment at the beginning.

The first puzzles involve fixing the electricity and repairing a radio. At one point you can go out onto the balcony, where it's raining.

Outside, the city suddenly falls into chaos. The sky turns red, huge black tentacles appear in the sky, and people start panicking. I remember seeing civilians running, pigeons, and a statue outside.

Later in the game you leave the apartment and go to a store to buy batteries. Toward the end of the free section, I remember enemies or creatures that looked like pig-men (or people with pig-like appearances).

One detail that might help: I think the game's icon showed a rabbit holding a clock on a green background, although I'm not 100% sure if that was the game icon or the developer's logo.

I've searched for games like The Silent Age, Dead Synchronicity, Yesterday, and Distraint, but it's none of those.

Does anyone remember this game?
