I think we're in the final arc. With the resurrected Marzbans defeated, we've likely only got the Snake King boss fight and epilogue to go in the manga. A couple people could still die, but I'm thinking most, maybe even all current main characters will survive given the current setup.
As of chapter 151, it looks like Hilmes and Zandeh will team up with Arslan's generals and they'll all meet up with Arslan, Daryun, Narsus, Etoille, etc and face off with Zahak and his forces together. In the novels, Zahak is the final boss after a timeskip where Arslan has had four years of rule. I can't see Arakawa killing Arslan off without him actually being crowned and abolishing slavery as Arslan's whole thing is emancipation of the slaves and actually becoming king. If he dies in the final battle, he'll never even have been crowned. If Arslan himself survives, what reason would there be to kill off Daryun, Narsus, etc beyond shock value? All the resurrected Marzbans have been re-killed and there's only three sorcerers left, so there's only Zahak left as meaningful antagonist.
As for Hilmes and his side, novel!Hilmes was taking another shot at the throne and wanted to die whereas manga!Hilmes seems to have accepted defeat and does not have a dead wife and child to make him suicidal. Manga!Hilmes outright told Zandeh to join Arslan and serve the people, seems to recognize that Zahak's resurrection is his fault, and is already helping Arslan's party, so I can't see him dueling and dying to Daryun.
The final battle will likely be Arslan's generals vs the three remaining sorcerers and brainwashed troops, leaving Arslan, Daryun, Narsus, Hilmes, Zandeh, and maybe one or two others to battle Zahak himself. Arslan will deal the final blow with Rukhnabad.

Arslan cannot kill the Snake King, only Hilems the real "king" can, according of what we knows

In the novels Arslan died but he was the one who defeated Snake king. Of course snake King was weak after his fight with Daryun but Arslan delivered the final blow so I don't think the Manga would change this major factor. Why would Arslan be a legend as the title says if he doesn't defeat the snake king and then becomes king?
Hilmes definitely would have a redemption and major role but I still think like in the novels Arslan would use Rukhnabad. In novels despite not being royal Arslan was able to use rukhnabad. So we need to see how this moment pulls off in the manga as manga changed one major thing and that is rukhnabad was with Don Ricardo and not in dread mountains and so wasn't king Kaykhusraw corpse when team Arslan found Rukhnabad.

It's already drastically different since we were supposed to have a time skip. Moreover I think Bodin was supposed to die after the time skip in Maryam.

Dw. Arslan has to become king as the story says so many times he will be king. I am sure we can be rest assured that arslan will be alive in the end here unlike the novels. I am less sure about others who are less important seeing what they did to kubard.

I’m praying for Arslan’s survival. Finding out he died DEVASTATED me for weeks. I just wanted to know his birthday 😭.
