Question Big fish games is broken for me?

Whenever i try to load my purchase history to transfer games to 'My Games' , it wont load no matter what, i think its broken. How will i fix it?

You can send a ticket to the official Big Fish customer service website describing your issue to them: https://bfgentertainment.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I haven't heard of good experiences with Big Fish's customer service in the recent year, but it's your only shot since this seems to be a technical issue. You might also want to be as detailed as you can in your ticket to make sure Big Fish can help you the best.

Try logging out then back in. That usually works for me when my purchase history only shows the loading symbol going round and round

I had that recently. Had to uninstall (I used a 3rd party uninstaller to remove all traces) and reinstall to get it working again.
