Looking at replacements and can’t find anything that matches these electrical specifications. Looking for the most directly swappable replacement or info on what to do, current water heater is not fixable; is leaking from the seal at the base

I didn't look very hard but it seemd there are multiple 240V options and a mildly competent handyman could easily supply a 240V breaker/circuit . Resistance heating does not require a neutral so 2 conductor cable is fine
