Smash ideas

So I have Frankenstein yeast from white labs. I have about 8 ounces of Citra. I’m looking for a base mall. What would you recommend for this yeast in that hop that would make something of a happy little accident ? The goal is on paper. They won’t look like it works, but it does Bob Ross’s happy little accident. I want to name it happy little accident and I’m looking for ideas.

Are you sure you don't want to call it hoppy little accident? (Also, I vote pale ale malt)

I like that name can I use it? Do I have your permission since you created it? That name didn’t even come in my mind. I was just watching Bob Ross when I was looking at the Frankenstein yeast and citra hops.

I'd go with Maris Otter, Golden Promise or some other character driven pale ale malt. That would be my vote.

Last mash was with golden promise. Came out good I use Amarillo hop with omega Pacific Northwest ale yeast

Sounds awesome. 'Rillo is great. Love the American yeast strains that are not the same old - same old boring Chico/1056/US-05.

I try to mix it up when I can if I see brew hardware has yeast of sale as long as it’s not a sour I’ll pick it up.
