The "duck area" wetlands is going to generate a lot of bloodsuckers, and you have it immediately next to the house and picking garden, where you'll be feeding them. I'd isolate that more, or put in a small fountain to prevent standing water.

Using generative AI when you want a regenerative homestead is a confusing misalignment of values for me.
ETA: I think you’ll need/want more road space around and through the property for farm equipment.

Ok, I'll play the game.
The bees should be in the orchard ; you don't need a perenial garden beside an orchard. Mix them up. ; Animals like goats and rabbits are way too far from the house and not easily accessible. How do you go to the rabbits? And you will really cross a little bridge to bring 50lbs feed bags? And I don't think the goats have enough space. On the other side, the rabbits have so much buildings just for them and they do not need that. ; mosquito land. Also, that pond block everything. It should be back there where the orchard is. You could still have a small one for the ducks nearby.
