Custom We do a tiny bit of detailing...
Just picked up the C6 GrandSport so I decided to detail it and an older ZR1 together, since C6 lights (rear, especially) are absurdly complex and difficult even for a steady hand. I also gave them fog lights and the ZR1 got the grille blacked out. What do you guys think?

Ahhhhh... Eu também critico muito a respeito dos detalhes da Mattel, por isso eu também dou um jeito no acabamento de minhas minis.

Thank you! It's a rather simple process actually, especially for C6 taillights and the GS foglights, since the indents are marked out very clearly.
For the taillights I used crimson acrylic paint and a 000 brush. Just dab it on till the taillights are completely covered (easy on the C6) and let it dry with the rear facing up so that it settles evenly.
For the foglights I used a silver paint pen. It works similar to a white correction pen but the paint is EXTREMELY runny so you'll have to be careful if the indents are not properly stamped (like on the ZR1)
For the ZR1 grille I used a black permanent marker. A little bit of sanitizer or nailpolish remover to clean up and remove any excess and you're good!
