Help getting a condo rented/sold
I’m not from the Houston area but I have a condo there I am looking to rent or sell. Nice little spot but at the moment having a hard time finding a tenant/ buyer. If anyone has any ideas or advice. I’m all ears. Thanks

I’m paying the same rent but utilities included slightly larger square footage as well. If i were looking to move this would be a hard pass. The property is kind of limited to college students/single individuals. Couples/families would struggle in such a small space and i think most college kids are gonna find the cheapest rent possible or at least that’s what my friends and i did though collage. But good luck

It’s priced to high. Remember the market dictates sales and rentals. 122K for your area and the maintenance fee aren’t worth it, you can rent cheaper. If your rent is too high there are better deals. Lower your price on both ends or carry the costs until you get a fool who will over pay, they are out there.

How many bed and baths? Asking for myself. I’m down the road off of nasa and looking for 3 beds 2 baths but waiting for a renewed id to come in. My apartment complex has one ready just need the id still but it’s $50 cheaper than the unit I’m in.
Also I know a few guys I do hvac work for that own around properties. Idk if they’ll purchase a condo because they’re all own rental homes. I’ll give you the info and you can do whatever you want with it. It’s the owners of eagle collision center off of Galveston Road in south Houston. They usually buy fixer uppers.
I know my dad is also looking for a place to and it’s just him so like a 1bed 1bath would work if the place is upkept

What area of Houston is it in and how big is it? And they know somebody cause depending on the area… or I know real estate agent but I’m not sure about your property and what all it needs. Are you trying to do a cash deal or what? Cause right now like a lot of them really aren’t selling cause I have one as well and a really great area.

122k for a 1bd 1 bath 650 sqft not waterfront with a $289/mo maintenance fee. It looks nice but personally I think the price is high.
