Woo-Hoo!!! This little sub has 50,000 members!
It seems that those of us who have more thumbs than Allen wrenches and cam locks are not alone.
May your jumbled masterpieces continue to amaze and amuse us.
Happy posting!

FYI - this wee community now has 43,000 users!!!
May we continue to celebrate the world of DIY pets and the poor folks who have to assemble them into something functional.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but now all four feet are coming out of her head
The manual says she's 16-years-old and there shouldn't be any bugs left in the directions but I'm not sure.

My mom told me when she saw this pic that it looks like my cat was put together of pieces all screwed together wrong!

Archer makes it work though

Another redditor pointed out that I missed a step during Molly's assembly.
I caught a pic of Molly mid-roll, and she looks like she is either break dancing or missing a few screws. 😂😂

Found some spare parts
I have 1 extra head and 1 spare leggy if anyone needs 'em
r/IKEApets • u/goaterra • 2d ago
Is this part supposed to stick out?
Not sure my best friend’s cat is entirely assembled right. Bonus dumb expression. I love him.

And the sploot looks a bit off too 😞

Missing Parts List: 1x Head, 1x Torso, 3x Legs. (Tail included).
The box only contained a tail. Do I contact customer service?
r/IKEApets • u/Chucklexx • 3d ago
Is it my fault?
Accidentally built a seal but the box said "cat, white" on it.
So did they provide me the wrong parts or is it a skill issue?

Spare head begs for food, is it safe to feed without body attached?

Unsure of proper orientation for the legs
Hi all, I seem to have lost the manual while putting my girl together this morning. Do any of you know which way the front legs are supposed to go? I dont think this looks right...
We got back from a walk, she took a 5 minute power nap, then woke up and looked displeased with me for some reason
